I've also been getting reports from people who volunteered yesterday that some places (particularly Ateneo, UP, and LSGH) were over-manned with volunteers already, a lot of whom ended up not doing anything. I'll try to find the places that NEED volunteers today, and try to get people there. |

@tbc: Yup. If you can forward a few recommendations here in the groups of undermanned operations it could probably help.
@princessa: The water dispenser types aren't as recommended as small man-portable bottles that can be stuffed into relief food packs. I don't know how it is now though.
I like the idea of a pool donation to buy water/supplies. Who would be willing to contribute to this one? We have today to organize, and then tomorrow to purchase and haul whatever? Sound off who would be willing to provide cash, and who would be willing to provide transpo for hauling, and who would be free to move out and buy stuff tomorrow. If there's not much of a result here tonight, then scratch that, I guess. |

hi guys! hope everyone's doing ok. just got home yesterday evening. not much damage here aside from the flooded streets. sort of stranded at the office for about 4 days coz its hard to get in and out of the village.
needs to ride makeshift boats to get home. seriously. and the price is ridiculously high! but anyways, business is business. blah!
praying for everyone's safety. |

Okay, don5 has gotten in touch with a friend of van's kuya that they've texted in and are okay, but little detail beyond that so far. Bumping him up to affected until we can get more word. |

Hi guys, me and my family are all fine. Thank you all for the concern. My net time is limited so my messages here will be short until everything goes back to normal.
Flood was very high here... and we lost a lot of things, but we are all fine. ![Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

I'm safe and dry, unfortunately because of back-to-back storms I couldn't go back to Olongapo safely, I'm worried that if I take a bus now or tomorrow something bad might happen (my instincts are usually spot on) so I don't want to take any chances. |

@xtian: Good to hear from you at last goderator. Got stuff to handle, but if you want to update the list up there yourself, feel free.
@oghma: Well, just stay safe. You've got somewhere to stay I hope? |

If everyone's more or less accounted for, I'll move this thread t the HGC-only, so that we can discuss funds and RL names in detail. |
