JESSE McCLOUD a.k.a PRIZEFIGHTER
Mecha Pilot
A mechanical wonder among his planet, Cambria, he has always tinkered around almost any junk he could find, dreaming of building the best robot ever. But living in a poor town has limited his options to just being a planet to planet delivery boy for the army. Throughout his travels, he has developed a strange fear for bananas, mainly because it nearly killed him by slipping on a peel once, although he tries to hide it as best as he could.
Speaking of hiding, this is also his current status in life, being hunted down by the army an all. He is wanted for stealing imporant mechanical parts from the army. He just couldn't resist the technology, not to mention his desire to realize his dream. Of course with only a few stolen, he couldn't build his robot, but he had a better idea.
He used the spare parts to create himself a suit able to hide his true identity. With a gun and a sword in case of trouble, he wonders around under the name "Prizefighter", constantly upgrading himself with anything he could find.
Now, he isn't just building his dream, he is becoming the dream.

The House of Rivul was a revered family in Circe, a country in the planet of Thesca in the Semoveo System. The clan was one of the original founders of the country, and in every generation, one clan member held a high place in the parliament of Circe. Sion was born in the forty-seventh generation of the House of Rivul. Her father was a minister the the government, while her mother died while giving birth to her and to her identical twin sister, Verity. They lived in Tedelli, the capital city of Circe. They were raised in a strict household, not allowed to wander outside, to play with other children, or to even associate with other people. The only human beings they come into contact with were the house servants, their professors, their father, and each other. The servants and the professors did not have a close relationship with the twins; they felt intimidated by their social class and stature. The twins also rarely saw their father, as he was more concerned with womanizing and so-called "important government duties". Sion and Verity only had each other for friends; they can only rely on each other for support, for companionship, and for love.
When the twins were both 11 years old, a civil war broke out in Circe. The people who were dissatisfied with the government wanted to overthrow it. The twins had to flee the country, as their family was dragged in the conflict. The twins were to be flown out of the country to a nearby allied county. While enroute to a launch port, the convoy they were in was stopped by an angry mob who demanded that and members of the family of Rivul be surrendered to them. They tried to hijack the vehicle the twins were in, but their personal guards did their best to stop the mob. The guards planned to separate the girls and put them in different vehicles, and then they shall go in different directions and just meet on the launch port. The twins refused, but the guards pried them away from each other and proceeded with the plan. The vehicle that carried Sion arrived safely at the launch port, but the one with Verity did not arrive. The guards decided to leave the country even without Verity, as time was running out. The whole country was in chaos, and the safest place for the government officials to go to was in Verga, a nearby allied country.
Sion arrived safely in Norica, the capital city of Verga. Without her sister and her father, who decided to stay in Circe, Sion was left with no one. The guards coaxed her to stay with them, but she refused. She wanted to go back to Circe and look for Verity. The guards pointed out that it is too dangerous to go back. Sion decided to run away from them, letting her self get lost in the city. She was found by a young woman, who took her and took care of her. After hearing the child's story, the woman decided to help her. She told Sion a way to go back to the war-torn country of Circe, which was now off-limits and is isolated, to join the Council of Cellany.
The woman's name is Creio, a Ristel of the Council of Cellany, a guild of spellcasters that is based in the city of Verga. The guild specializes in Calixtia, a discipline where arcane lore is fused with modern science. The guild is a very powerful one and is associated with the Order of the Nine Magi. Having much influence in the planet, members of the guild with notable positions are sent to various missions throughout the planet. The woman pointed that if Sion was to able to go up the ranks of the guild fast enough, she could go back to Circe immediately without restriction and look for her sister. Sion, who was desperate to see her twin, agreed to this. For several years, she studied Calixtia, various disciplines, arts of combat, and a wide range of subjects needed to be able to go up the ranks of the guild. Strict teaching conditions during her childhood provided to be very helpful for Sion to learn quickly and efficiently. In a span of three years, she was already a full-fledged guild member. In another two years, she got the rank of Ristel, equivalent to a guild templar. After a year, she surpassed Creio and became an Altior, the tier below the rank of the official governing members of the guild. At last, after 7 years, she had enough influence and power to be able to go anywhere and do anything under the influence of the guild.
Sion was given the opportunity to go back to Circe. The majority of the country was now governed by the insurgents, and even Cellany guild embers have difficulty entering. Several missions were made to infiltrate Tedelli, the insurgent's seat of power, but all of them failed. Now, another mission was planned and Sion was part of the team, alongside with Creio. They went to Circe, successfully infiltrated Tedelli, but were met with harsh resistance with the insurgents. They faced the best most formidable strike team of the insurgents, the Masked Bloods. Several of the guild teams were wiped out by Masked Blood, most notably their leader who had a code name "Orthensia". Sion, Creio, and their team fought with their all, eliminating several Masked Blood members, a squad full of masked strikers. However, Creio was captured in the conflict, trying to save Sion from a blow from "Orthensia". This opted Sion to order her team to flee, as they would have a major disadvantage. She vowed to return to save Creio and find her sister.
Back in the Council of Cellany, Sion asked permission to send several squads for a rescue mission. The higher-ups declined, but allowed her to use an experimental weapon, Rosicrucian, to aid her. Rosicrucian is a conceptual weapon in a form of a pistol, making the user capable of effectively using modern firearm power with spell capabilities. This was the finest conceptual weapon ever made by the Council. Thus, Sion went with a handful of teammates and infiltrated Tedelli again. There, they found Creio fighting alongside the insurgents. Thinking they have modified her memory, Sion desperately tried to convince her to going back. Creio declined, saying that the war was ignited by the Council of Cellany itself. Convinced that Creio had lost her mind, the squad eliminated her. Sion was enraged, and in response, turned against her squad. They were about to fight each other when the Masked Bloods came. Sion decided it was better to confront her squad later and focus on eliminating the head of the Masked Bloods, thinking that if their leader is gone, the others will surely fall. It seemed that "Orthensia" was also thinking the same thing, so both went to fight each other. The fight dragged on, since both persons were using similar conceptual weapons. Sion got hit on the back by a spell bullet hybrid, wounding her badly. Her protective headpiece fell in the process, but still she turned to "Orthensia" to fight. When the latter saw Sion's face, she stopped for a split second. Sion, grabbing the opportunity, cast a spell bullet hybrid of her own, delivering a mortal wound to "Orthensia". She fell to the ground, and Sion was about to give the finishing blow when..
"S... Si...Sion.."
Sion stopped when she heard her name being called.
"Aha.. ahaha.. You don't remember.. My voice anymore..?"
Her heart thumped. Somewhere in her heart, Sion knew that the voice belonged to.
"Ve.. Verity..?" Sion's voice shook. She was afraid of the fact that she might have killed her twin.
"Ahh.. You still remember.. Me..."
Sion rushed to her sister's side, picked her up and removed the masked. Indeed, it was her face that she saw. She had the same face, it was her twin.
"No.. No.. This isn't true! This isn't true!!!" Tears were streaming down her face.
"You were amazing.. Sion." Verity coughed up blood.
"Why.. Why did this have to happen? First Creion, then you?! If you hadn't joined the insugents.." Sion was screaming.
"No.. It the Council of Cellany, Sion. They caused all this..."
"What are you saying?"
"They caused the civil war... They funded the war.. They gave weapons to both sides to see them in action.. They used us in their experiments, Sion."
"That.. That can't be.."
"It's true.. Creio already had doubts on the guild.... And when we captured her and told her our story, it confirmed her suspicions.. She joined us." Verity coughed up more blood.
"No.. No.. I'm sorry.. Verity.. I'm sorry.." Sion was hugging her sister tightly.
"I am happy to see you and be in you arms... Sion..."
Sion didn't reply. She was just crying and hugging her sister.
“Ne.. Sion.. Look at me..”
Sion obliged. Tears still streaming down her face.
Verity smiled. “I’m really, really happy..”
“No.. After what I did..You should hate me.. I’m sorry Verity.. I’m so sorry.. I’m so-“
Sion’s apologies were cut off. Verity placed her cold palm on Sions cheek, pulled her close, and kissed her softly. Sion couldn’t react, so she just closed her eyes and let herself get lost in this wonderful feeling.
“Ahe.. Ahehe.. I always.. Wanted to do that.. To you, Sion..” Verity said after a when she pulled off after some time.
“Verity..” That was all Sion could say.
“Bye bye, Sion. I wish I could be with you.. I love you and.. I’m sorry..” Verity closed her eyes, her face relaxed and her head hung to the side.
“Verity! Verity!!!! VERITY!!!!!!!!!!”
Sion screamed. Her emotions were unstable; affecting he pool of energy she had as a sorcerer. Her energies were in chaos, and anything that came into contact was immediately disintegrated. The massive energy that was emanating from her body managed to destroy everything in a quarter-mile radius. Sion carried her sister body out of the city. She went away, bringing with her the secrets of the Council of Cellany and their coveted Rosicrucian. Sion discarded her last name and adopted the name “Orthenisa”, in memory of her sister. She now wanders various planet systems, trying to find reconciliation and perhaps a new purpose in life. Ultimately, her goal is to right the things she has done wrong. Perhaps she could achieve it.. Perhaps not. Maybe in the far future, she could. Maybe she can’t fulfill it, ever.

-I put dialogs in the latter part because it's really important.. For me. XD

Tergum Orbis
"Regulars" of the guild. Passed the Calixtia proficiency test.
- Ordoni: "Soldiers" of the guild. They are the ones usually sent when a client asks for it.
- Ristel: Ranked officers.
Altior
The seat of superior officers. This is also the tier where members specialized in a specific task [reconnaissance, strike team, etc.] are placed.
- Custo: Intelligence Division

There is no actual ranking system for Altiors, as they receive orders directly from Aul Orbis.
Aul Orbis
The inner circle. The governing body of the guild. They give orders, tasks, set the rules, etc.

- Juri: The judicial council
Vilico
The nominating and voting body. Composed of former members or Aul Orbis. The are the "elders" of the council and they are the ones who choose who will be placed in the seat of power. Rumors say that the members of this tier are actually the ones running the whole guild, instead of the Aul Orbis.

Some more info on the back story:
Semoveo System = A remote, almost isolated binary star system, notable for strange fluxes in it EM field and an unusually large Prana [sort of magical energy] concentration.
Thesca = the most advanced [magically and technologically], yet least populated planet in the Semoveo System. For some reason. the majority of the Prana seem to concentrate in this planet. Traders call this planet "The Chest", since unusual weaponry and hybrid technology are abundant here.
Should I go post stuff about the countries too?
