It's slated for an April release.  Basically they're the 1E books with a new cover - the content is unchanged.

Here is a review of the WotC 1E reprints:
The Delver's Dungeon
Sweet Mother of Bahamut, I want these reprints. 
There are also three more 1E reprints due for release in the near future, indicating that these reprints have been selling well. These are:
Unearthed Arcana - yes, THAT Unearthed Arcana.
S Series - Killer dungeons such as the Tomb of Horrors.
A Series - Against the Slave Lords, complete with A0, a new adventure for 1E characters of levels 1-3!
Holy golden canaries.
