Boy_bakal gets his chocolate-chipped cookie from the Goderator. With tasty ice cream and caramel he joyfully eats the tasty treats. After a few moments of nibling he feels sudden state of extreme happiness.
OOC: You're having cookiegasm. Enjoy. |

Hey, wait a minute here! I thought this is a "Comics into Movie" thread?! What's going on? Why do I see someone acting like Cookie Monster and having... COOKIEGASM?!
Unless they're having a Cookie Monster movie, now that would be disturbing.

Nope. I haven't. And I don't plan to. I'd rather watch the Transformers. Now that's more interesting.
And don't you go Jessica Alba drooling on me. |

GI Joe? Hmm, I would like to see the trailer for that. (In my experience, the trailers are way d@mn better than the actual flicks...)
Maybe they should consider Metal Gear: The Movie...
...or maybe Thundercats? |

Ha, read the GI Joe link. Random bit of trivia:
The guy starring as Snake Eyes? Ray Park? Also starred as a martial arts badass in another movie a while back.
Ray Park as distilled badass...
lol. Was the redeeming character of most of that film. Let's hope the GI Joe movie works a hell of a lot better than that ill-fated movie. |

Perhaps you meant Biker Mice? Martian Mice from Mars sound redundant. |

*joegasm* *shudder*
they should totally make a GL movie. hal jordan would be pretty cool, but I think Samuel L. Muthaf*cka Jackson ought to play an John Stewart version instead. we don't have enough black heroes.
another idea is crossovers. ironman vs the hulk (hulkbuster armor, f*ck yeah). or hulk vs the world (the only heroes hulk can't beat are the god level heroes, like thor) |

There'll be an Avengers movie soon enough. Nick Fury is gonna be played by Samuel L. |

Not soon, they need to give each one his/her own movie first. My guesstimate would be 2011 for an Avengers movie.
2009 would see Thor (Triple H is rumored to play the god of thunder)
2010 would see Nick Fury |

Me on the other thread wrote: |
Some rumors:
Downey will make an appearance in Hulk movie.
Thor is set for release on June 2010 and he will make a cameo on Iron-man 2.
Captain America is scheduled for May 2011
I view these developments with optimism, especially the hulk. If this films become a success then I will have very high hopes for an awesome Avengers movie (July 2011).

Don't forget that in current Marvelverse everyone is in the same world. Throw in X-men, daredevil, spiderman, and elektra for the ultimate juaberaction!!! |

*thorgasms* *wonders when this joke will get old*
that would really fit the character, though.
wait, isn't nick fury white? are they gonna pull another "kingpin is black" on us? admittedly, he was the only good thing in that movie (yeah, yeah, elektra was hot, but put any decent looking actress in that leather and she'd look hot too). but still..
the spawn movie is long overdue. they should settle that angela thing. |
