Hello! I am Rialph, from UP Los Baņos, and a high school friend of a resident evil being you all know as 'Myke'. I wish to be part of this message boards, as as I am a DotA, Magic: the Gathering, and (retired) Dungeons and Dragons player, and because Myke invited me. He wanted me to check out what you do online. And Myke gave me this crazy idea of starting a UPHGC in Los Baņos.

the idea is a welcome one. But if you are to be an extension of our existing HGC, I suggest patterning your would-be constitution's principles with that of our own.
In our org, camaraderie through gaming supercedes competitivity, although that is important as well.
My best suggestion would be to visit us here in Diliman to see how we "run things". Don't worry; the evil (I personally prefer chaotic) being known as Myke will "accomodate" you.  I have this gut feeling that he will lead the org as SecGen next AY lol...
