Good. Check if the pubcom team or whoever else is good to go. The schedule is 5-9, so better to be there at latest by 4. I'll try to get back on more details about entrance fee, prizes, and signup.

Cool. You guys go for it. However, note that as the Gaming org in UP, we should be alarmed that we are not the ones hosting such an event.
Go, though. Join, and an Externals member should come along to PR. (Meaning that while he doesn't play himself, he talks to people around the place)
Doing externals stuff might be appealing to me. let me check up my scheds (although really, an active externals mem should be doing this instead) |

Who are the players? I'm quite sure that those who won't make the cut would be supportive.
Maybe the team should practice tom, this weekend, and on monday. Discuss strategies, mingle and jingle, and improve group bonding.
And also, since this is an org activity the entrance fee should be covered by the org. I hope that's not a problem. |
