Okay, I'll start this up.
Future Sight Prerelease will be on April so here we're some of the rumors and some confirmed info about the upcoming cards as posted on MTGS. Again this is a spoiler thread so to those who don't want to be "spoiled", please don't read further.
1) Another Magus cycle is confirmed. And this time, they would be based on enchantments. The Blue one would be Magus of the Future, based on the enchantment "Future Sight".
2) Another Akroma IMG = Another Akroma Card...
oh okay here's the card description...

1) hmm...not much info bout the other quasi-spellshapers at this point except for the rumors that Red would shape Spark Elementals, Black would shape Festering Goblins and Colorless would shape Metallic Slivers.
2) Rumors were Flip cards (*recalling Kamigawa flip cards...*) would be printed but this time, as multicolor.
3) A card like "The Cheese Stands Alone" would see print.
darn, MTG spoilers would start on mtg.com on April 9...
in the meantime, I wonder if they would make a card like...

umm... broken? now saffi-crypt champion has a viable kill condition, and cantor-renewal has an alterkill. but even on it's own, without some crazy combo backing it, this thing is useful. something has to change; up the cost, change the gravestorm wording, whatever. at 2B this just seems to strong to me.

FS frame looks really detached from normal frames, no?
That war band has "break me" in it's name. Trickbind, anyone?
U/G sliver poison with shadow sliver? Blue has the control, while slivers ping for death?
Imperiosaur = very good limited fat, budget buddy
Debt spells, Interesting... Imagine a free counter with a force of will's debt (UU3) or maybe include discarding a blue card if it feels too broken(plus mono can't use it for combo pushing)
Synergy Cards, also interesting. Dredge/threshold, maybe? Or maybe Kicker/Replicate(if what I think works)?
I also saw on MTGS some possible cards with scry(higher than 2). Scry was a good mechanic. Built in deck filters...
Perpetual Cards, loopy. I wonder if there's a looping land search?
All in all, poor wallet... see you people in the prerelease? |

Wrap in Vigor, I think it will be a good anti-pyro/wildfire and since the city tree will be cycling out, I think I should make tweaks with my Thallid/Saproling beats. They're giving those 1/1 twigs some love with this cycle don't ya think?
