Darn I was already thinking whether to put Sway of the Stars in my deck. too bad it's banned T_T
I wish Q would allow sideboards, some of the players at the tambayan have wicked competitive-level cards
this line made me grin  :

Kind of a strange Banned list, actually, if you ask me. Ah well.
Upon review of the rules, it seems I built my deck wrong  fixed it now though hehe

Commander Spoilers complete (for a while now)
Spell Crumble makes counter a bit alive, together with Fluterstorm (which is just a functional reprint)
Lol'd at "Mana-charged" Dragon.
Homeward Path basically ruins my EDH deck idea :\.
