^All right, even more goodies for the implement user. Makes the monk and the assassin more *striker-y* if there ever was such a term.
As for only having 2 surges a day, I bet the meat won't mind getting bitten once in a while.

Stumbled upon that thread as well. Here's link to rpg.net discussion
Blackguards are mentioned, seems like their striker feature is Cha mod sneak attack :/, though I assume this scales like how the Slayer striker feature grows. It does get a boost depending on your vice: domination will allow you to take damage to yourself and deal it as a bonus to damage to attack while fury will let you deal more if you have combat advantage (kinda makes you a heavy armored rouge). Armor, weapons, HP, and healing surges stay the same. Really want to play a blackguard of Bane now
