Hmmmm..... Tough call but I'd go with Snake. Althought Frank Castle does have experience in jungle fighting, Snake would have the upper hand since he does spend most of his missions in jungles or jungle like environments. That and the fact that he is far better trained than Frank. Plus, in a match up like this I seriously doubt it would end up like the pic. Snake will probably take out Castle even before Frank knows what hit him

It depends.
If that there is Big Boss (codename Snake), then he'd defeat the Punisher. Ninjas beat Soldiers.
If that's Solid Snake, he'd be out of his element. Solid is more of an urban ninja. He'd be forced to battle it out toe-to-toe with the Punisher, and Soldiers beat ninja's in open combat.

Maybe, punisher has an outright victory if it was an "outright" jungle warfare but involving technological stuff I'd rather go with Snake. Stealth suit anyone?
Skillz + Techies beats Skillz. As simple as 2 > 1. Correct me if I'm wrong my comics for punisher is not that updated so I don't know yet if his gear already in the ranks of nanotechnology.

I'd imagine Lara is the better jouster, being the resident archaeologist. I doubt that Snake, for all his field training, really has any idea how to wield a lance.
So, Lara (if for a decidedly different reason).
