anyone else with a license? or at least interested in? my girls and i go diving every once in a while, and diving packages are cheaper if there are a lot more participants.
non-licensed divers or enthusiasts can dive, but has to have a licensed diver with him/her. _________________ Expected, really.

Last time I checked, diving doesn't actually require you to be that good at swimming. It's actually fun, tho skin diving is practically my only experience. _________________ Nosfecatu Publishing |

@ BJ: I beg to disagree. A major requirement of diving is knowing how to swim. A big part of diving is holding your breath underwater, which you learn if you know how to swim. Swimming diagnostics are done before anyone is taught how to dive. No swimming is no diving, peeps.
I love water, and if you guys plan on taking any water adventure, I'm in. I actually entered a skin diving class for my PE just because I want to go exploring underwater.
Diving isn't for clostrophobes, either. Neither is it for those squeemish about underwater invertebrates and sharks. I don't like them myself. It is a challenge and an adventure, nevertheless. My father is a diver, and he has always challenged me about this. And since I love water and the beach, why not try it, no? _________________ "When I thought I was alone, I found love..." |

Anyone who wants to try a hand at SCUBA Diving?
Introdive at Aquaventure (Anilao, Batangas) last weekend of June.
Introdive = P1.5k (inclusive of gear and Divemaster) + transpo fee (depends on how many people are coming along / splitting the cost)
DM will assist you underwater. This is not an overnight, we'll be going home the same day.

P.S. I am now a licensed SCUBA Diver. Hurray me... ^____^ _________________ Expected, really.

ScubaOne.net wrote: | Dear Friends,
We would like to invite you and your kids for the upcoming ScubaOne Summer Dive Youth Camp 2009 program! It will be on April 18-19 at El Pinoy Dive & Leisure Resort in Anilao, Batangas.
The ScubaOne Summer Dive Camp is an exciting underwater activity-filled introduction to the world of diving. It gives children a chance to swim around underwater and experience adventure, discovery and thrills. It also provides parents or guardians with a structured program that lets their children develop skills, learn about the aquatic realm and have a lot of good, clean fun. This is an opportunity for the kids to experience the great outdoors, develop their environmental awareness and discover new skills while interacting with fellow kids.
Minimum age to participate is 8 years old and must be accompanied by their parent/s or guardian. The program is administered by duly trained dive professionals and staff to assure safety and fun among the participants.
Registration fee is P2,000/participant that includes all scuba gear & equipment, digital underwater pictures, Dive Camp Certificate, souvenir items and face painting. We have an early bird promo of P1,800 for those who will register on or before April 3, 2009.
Overnight accommodation with complete buffet meals for adults is P2,300/pax and FREE for up to 2 children below 11 years old. It also includes welcome drink, bottomless coffee, and free use of kayak and snorkeling gear. A jetski is also available for rental.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 0927-9924697, e-mail dive@ScubaOne. net or you may visit our website at www.ScubaOne. net
