*You're using a Dragon Magazine feat (Whip Training). This character should be under RFA, thus should follow the rules.
*since you put +6 armor, I'm guessing you're wearing a chainmail armor. Pls indicate that in 'other equipment'
*and if you are wearing a chainmail, you don't add your Dex to your AC. Your AC should only be 17 (+6 armor, +1 shield)
*add Two Weapon Defense on your feats (it's a bonus from tempest)
*indicate what weapon on your Weapon Expertise feat
*Endurance should be at +6 (+5 trained, +2 Con, -1 Check Penalty)
*indicate your class/racial feature references
*add Reach 2 to your Whip Attack, as well as your powers with melee weapon reach
*just put Level 1 Human Fighter beside your name, not Tempest Fighter

Weapon expertise applies to a weapon group, not just an individual weapon. iirc, whip is a Flail, so add that in a parenthetical note besidethe feat.

It would be nice to see it in the powers list, but putting it in the basic attack entry is enough.
erwin's post is correct and should be followed.

So many changes but I'm still not sure if I'm gonna use this character for the PBP. T__T
Would also like to request for background in Dragon 368 Criminal. Will post fluff later.

Synon, more known as Sy to his companions, is a criminal in the red wall. He was imprisoned for killing his comrades in battle. No one knows why he did it but he had his reasons. After a couple of years, he was sold in the arena to be a gladiator. He showed so much prowess that it attracted a mercenary contractor and bought him as a slave. From then on, the mercenary sent him to many missions and campaigns. Each time he went, opportunity kept on knocking on his door but not once did he try to escape. No one knows why. Does he enjoy slaughtering his enemies or is he just a man of his word?
