Chapter 1:Ryan Nyar
The Lanyard Travelling Circus is a well-known entertainment troupe. Headed by the Lanyard family, it has a wide variety of performers, from the extraordinary to the bizarre. The main attraction, of course, is the group called The Amazing Lanyard Four. They are the best of the best, able to do almost any kind of circus trick. Krisostomo Lanyard, one of the Four, is one of the most popular among the members, due to his charismatic appeal and is well-known for doing great tricks with his chain.
One night, Krisostomo snuck out to meet up with Clara, a girl who kept staring at him the whole time he was performing. They slept together in a small inn a few minutes away from the circus. The morning after that would change his life forever.
Dawn came, and he hears a ruckus being made. He goes outside, and at that very instant all of the townspeople looked at him with surpried yet sad eyes. He asked what's going on and a few moments later he was running as fast as he can, screaming in tears.
The incident was called "The Lanyard Massacre" by the townspeople. Almost all of the Lanyard family members were killed, either by strangling of by stab wounds. The other performers told the people that they never noticed a thing, and they found it out when a halfling went into their tent to ask for a raise.
The Lanyards are dead...all expect one.
He burned the bodies of his family, and scattered their ashes at the circus ring. He took his favorite chain, and walked into the forest, leaving the other performers without a word or command. No one dared to follow him. There he trained a chain to use as a weapon, and he inserted small spikes at its ends to make it deadly. If anyone ever attempted to come close to him, between all the shouts and screams, you can hear him say these words:
"I will hunt you down, whoever you are. Within this chain, The Lanyard, are the souls of my kin, and with it I shall slaughter you. Each member of my family will cost you two of your own. I am no longer Krisostomo Lanyard, for he died with his family.I am now Ryan... RYAN NYAR!!!"
Minor Quest: The hunt begins
-gather information as to who killed Ryan's family
-this will be related to raksasha, so it will be a paragon minor quest
-he will find out that his brother planned all of this... and is still alive
Chapter 2:Death and Rebirth
While resting in the forest he was having nightmares involving tentacles and a female eladrin, and every night he would wake up screaming "Barriertwig!" Soon realizing that Barriertwig is actually a town, he went there to investigate. He found out that there are other people having the same nightmares as him, and together they tried to figure out what do the dreams mean. They would find out that Barriertwig is filled with crazytownsfolk, being greatly depressed one day and disturbingly joyous the next. They also found that there is a forest inside the town, and so they went there. They were relentlessly attacked by orcs, but somehow they managed to fend it off.
One morning, during the first time they experienced the town's "happy" days, Ryan, not being ablt to resist the temptation of women, put down his guard and enjoyed the company of the ladies, this proved to be fatal for him for when the orcs attacked, the alchohol and the surprise cost him his life. His comrades were planning to revive him...
...until a goblin offered some money to take Ryan's corpse and use it for his experiments. Not being able to disagree to money, they obliged and soon, Ryan was reborn... as a warforged... without any idea who the hell he was.
Chapter 3:A Tale of Memories
Agreeing that Ryan Nyar was just too tongue-twisting a name, the party decided to call him L-Yard, based on his weapon, and they continued to investigate the strange happenings in this town. Inside the forest they rescued Hyperita Fagnefus, the town wizard, who aided them in finding the cause to all this.
Finally they found the root of all. It seemed the eladrin living inside the forest was abducted and was imprisoned inside a block of ice, guarded by an enormous aberrant. With their group they managed to free the eladrin and slay the aberrant, freeing the town from its curse. As they slew the enemy, however, it exploded and what was left was a spider leg, shaped like a spiked chain. L-Yard found it slightly familiar and by the moment he touched it...
A circus. I see myself walking, its performers nodding their heads and greeting me politely as I walk past them. I look down and i see myself holding a chain...
...an orc runs a spear right through me, and I hear the words, "Ryan Nyar!"
As he flashes back to the present, the spiked chain talked and told him that he would make him the strongest. Ryan, now remembering his name, asked the weapon who he is, and it introduced itself as Klesk, the nightmare spider. Ryan then told him about the vision he had and Klesk said,
"It seems that my master's fondness with the spiked chain has somehow triggered master's old memories back when when you were still not a warforged." He them went on saying that he should find other spiked chains and see if they trigger other sort of memories.
Ryan Nyar, a man who lost his purpose, and Klesk, his aid who gave him a new one, together they'll travel in search of power, glory, and the past of the man he once was.
Minor Quest: Regain his lost memories
-only spiked chains can trigger his lost memories.
-he has to find 2 more "special" spiked chains
-once the fourth one has been found, the first one (the original) will trigger the last batch of memories, enabling him to remember everything.

Ok, few nitpicks:
*point buy is wrong. that's 23 pts, not including racial bonus.
*Attack computation is incorrect. It should be +6 (+3 prof, +3 Str). This goes to all your powers as well.
*spiked chain damage should ber 2d4+3 (str modifier)
*The page references on Dragon 368, look at the page on the lower right.
Others would depend on your stats, so I'd wait for your fix first.
