Made major alterations on character since it hasn't been finalized anyway.
Changed Race to half-elf.
Changed feats.
Changed array used.

*If you got the Dark Pact Initiate, your bonus power should be Spiteful Glamor, not Eyebite unless your change you're pact to fey pact.
