Long Live the Queen

Princess Limerick was once fifth in line to the throne of Sefira, a small island nation over the sea. She was fine with this arrangement. It had all the perks of being royalty without having to deal with responsibility. Life was good...until the cook made a mistake in the preparation of blowfish for their dinner and wound up killing more than half of the royal line including the first, second, third and fourth in line to the throne.

Faced with her imminent coronation, she did what any self-respecting princess would do when she knows she'd make a terrible queen: she made a run for it but not before leaving the most ineffective person she knew (she's not a very good judge of character) as the regent. Faced with a weak ruler, the noble houses immediately started a series of power games that left Sefira in chaos.

Near the brink of civil war and desperate, most of the noble houses have now hired mercenaries to look for her. The ones who want the throne either want her killed or captured to use as a puppet. There are even--gasp!--loyalists who want to find her so she can take her rightful place as Queen of Sefira and high seat of house Malkuth.

Before I update my character (adding the 1262 from Dragon's Heart), I would like to request that the article Class Acts: The Duelist Rogue (Dragon 381) be open for Limerick because it suits her flavor and gives support to the basic concept I had when I made her.
