Can't sleep? Post here! Tell us why, that might help.
Haven't been able to sleep normal hours for a while, now. I blame Densha Otoko, though I'm like this a few weeks during the start of every sem, so yeah.
So... wassup, insomniacs? |

In my case, it's more of a body clock thing. I've been sleeping at 3, waking up at 7, resulting in zombie mornings, but I invariably catch up on sleep in the afternoons, napping at the stone tables at the hill.
I just have a body clock that hasn't fully readjusted to normal day-night rhythms. |

INSOMIA!
Usually can't sleep because of random things in mind (DnD builds/ideas, RL :consored:, what to do the next day things, etc) |

Insomnia is the artist's best friend.
Some of my better ideas (not necessarily better artworks) have been done at 3 in the morning.

Seconded. My best stories have been written in the time between 0100-0300H. |

Insomnia.... I think I belong in this category. I started not being able to sleep in normal hours when I had a shift at work from 4pm to 1 am. But still until now when my sched is already from 10a-7pm I still sleep at around 3-4 am which is weird.
Chiao!!! Fellow insomniacs!!!! |
