Even the vague insinuation of such is not tolerated. You know what I mean.

Next month. November.

I personally want to see Manual of the Planes more. 4e DM books are awesome in that it's really just for DMs. Players don't really have to read them.

Martial Power is the player book for next month, while MotP is the DM book.

I'm also waiting for Draconomicon, actually. For references and stuff.
And maybe there will be player stuff as well.

No, there won't.

It doesn't say anything about players.

Besides, part of 4e philosophy is to avoid spreading sources. Remember 3.5, where almost every book has a feat? And it ended up with characters having a feat from Tome of Battle, PHB2, Complete Mage, Book of Exalted Deeds, Complete Scoundrel, et al? They want to minimize that.

*Powers come from Power sourcebooks.
*Feats come from Power Sourcebooks and maybe Player Guides
*Equipment are mostly contained in Adventurer's Vaults

The only exception with this design philosophy would be the Dragon and Dungeon magazines.

I'll be looking into it. But still, Yevor's more or less goin' the core route.

I remember Dragotha. I think that's a dracolich BBEG in Age of Worms campaign.

Yes, Dragotha is famous. He's the first named Dracolich, a former Consort of Tiamat, BBEG in the Age of Worms, etc.
