This thread is for tech team and DM perusal. This is intended to serve as a repository for the monsters created by DMs in the course of the games so far, so that other DMs can reuse them. Constructive criticism from DMs as well as tech and fluff teams would be most appreciated.

EDIT: Monster stats, descriptions, and tactics should be posted here, while discussion on the monsters themselves will be set up in a parallel thread in the "In Discussion" Forum.

TECH TEAM EDIT: All posts WILL conform to a monster format. FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE.

Eladrin Warpblades are scouts and rogues who take advantage of the eladrin affinity for the Feywild. Their signature attack, the warpstrike, is a variation of the Fey Step. The warpblade strikes at his target as he materializes, the insubstantial blade phasing trough material armor and then materializing inside the enemy's body, dealing terrible wounds.

EDIT: Fixed to comply with monster format.

Two allies within five squares of the Dark Cloak can shift three squares as a free action.

Reroll your attack roll. Keep the second value even if it’s lower.

The Dark Cloaks are the Black Circle’s elite soldiers and leaders. They are trained to fight multiple enemies without allies if need be.

Fluff: The Dark Cloaks are Elves and Eladrin handpicked as children and trained by the nihilistic Black Circle faction as its elite. They are its leaders and muscle, always at the forefront of battle. Fanatical to end, they have been known to go into a suicidal berserk state when things turn badly. They may die, yes, but they'll bring as many of their opponents down with them before they do.

Tactics: The Dark Cloak will use a minor action to make his underlings shift into positions advantageous to him or another ally. On his first turn, he will expend all his powers and will use them repeatedly as they are recharged. Once bloodied, he will activate the stance and use Great Smash and Stunning Blow only if they are close burst one. He will use normal attacks for his second standard action and any attack made with an action point. He will not run away no matter the circumstance.
