Fine; I'll start.
I need a better wording for the "I Can Do It, Too" ability.

I think "I Can Do It, Too" is catchy, and fits
Break the Chains is storng. XD
Also, Touched by Destiny.
Can't comment much, as i know little about high level, and none about monster stats
EDIT: changed wording. possibly NSFK ![Razz](images/smiles/icon_razz.gif) |

Break the Chains isn't so crazy. In fact, it's almost a necessity for a high-level solo duking it out against epic PCs who can spam conditions like mad.
And let's try to be a bit more...gender sensitive. "faggotry" can be such an ugly sounding term. |

I was misunderstood; I was not concerned about the name of the ability, it's how the ability itself was worded. I think the rules-lawyers will have a field day with me when they see that.
In any case, I'm glad the response to the build is positive, so far. From here I'll go back down to a few heroic tier NPC's, plus maybe a revamped Nesvath. Then I'll work my way up to Abaddon.
Need me to stat an npc? Just let me know here! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

Well, if you plan to stat Abaddon, rough concept stuff:
-uber-Warlock, like the freaking king of Infernal Pact powers.
-Godslayer artifact: Pact Blade artifact
-wings. Indeterminate whether bat, shadow, or what have you.
-Leader/skirmisher?
I'll add onto this as the NPC develops. |

Hmm... I forgot to give Uriah the Human Defense bonuses...
But then again, I did build him as a monster, not an NPC... |

The Rat King is up.
The team was supposed to fight him in the alleyways of Traitor's Gate's Poortown district, but since you took the open route, you encountered the orcs instead.
Fluff
The Rat King was the leader of the only remaining independent thieves guild in the town, refusing to acknowledge Goran Skarr's mastery of the local underworld. The Rat King and his wererat cohorts managed to hold on to a sizable patch of turf in Traitor's Gate's Poortown. The guild was then savaged when their members were contracted to steal a godstone from a kobold artificer. Now working alone, the Rat King seeks to rebuild his base of power, and seeks vengeance against Lord Skar and the adventurers that destroyed his guild.
Tactics
The Rat King opens at range and prefers to let his rat minions and wererats do the fighting. He uses his necrotic blasts and shadow strands to force the party to split up, or weaken the primary attacker. When he runs low on allies, he calls upon the Rats in the Walls to provide reinforcements. When bloodied, he calls upon more minions. The Rat King also uses My Pretties every chance he can get to maximize the effects of his swarms of rat minions.
Encounter Group (1050 xp)
-The Rat King
-8 Giant Rats
-4 Rat Swarms
***
Notes:
I'm thinking that My Pretties should be a minor attack instead of a standard. |

I'll check it more in depth whenI'm back on my wits later; just got home...
Offhand:
*I think your areas and bursts are generally too large.
-A damaging aura 5 is too high. Aura1-3 is already quite large.
-My pretties. All rats and wererats within 10? Too much, not to mention too orcish.
*I suggest lowering Rats in the Walls to four rats. |

Yeah, experience from Friday's game seems to bear out that fact on burst sizes.
Probable shifts:
-Aura 3
-Change My Pretties to designate one target, and allow all rat allies adjacent to the target to make a melee basic attack. |

Those are good ideas.

Consider this tech-team's whip-crack number1. Alternatively, since we're all mods here, convince one of the tech team to clean it up with icons and stuff for you.
To tech team: Make sure to add in an edit log if you do decide to clean up the stat blocks. I want to know what things were changed. |
