4e is out. Cracklepoop is in.

I will run this Campaign Setting in an episodic format. Now what I propose is for the other Cracklepoop GMs to do the same. Then we'll have an official Cracklepoop Character Thread, posted upon and maintined by the GMs, which posts the characters, making them "interchangeable" within the games.

GMs will also have a "story log" that records the events/discoveries within the setting.

This way, we manage to create the Cracklepoop slowly.

The proposal, basically, is to have a Cracklepoop subforum in the same way that Pharagos does. Stricter posts, and some threads will include:

The Tavern: Where everyone can post and discuss the setting.
Story log: Locked to fluff team. Where submitted games by DM's get catalogued (after it has been decided by the fluff team that it is composed of canon events)
DM's journal: Locked to DM's and the fluff team. Where they submit their game events, locations they made on the fly, etc.
Character Thread: Where the official version of a character is logged. (Locked to tech team?) Constant character updates will be submitted to the technical team (xp changes, gear changes, etc).

Yes, it sounds like a lot of work to the teams. But if you guys think it's a good idea, we'll polish it and I'll volunteer to head it even.
