As some of you know, I'm building up my own 4e campaign setting into a pdf. With the rules finally out, I can start working on mechanics as well as flavor.

Now, at this point, I may need playtesters soon. Expect build imbalances here and there as I try to tweak my mechanics. I'll be designing monsters, Paragon Paths, and Epic Destinies in general, and I need a party to test them on.

Playtesters will be required to sign a "no-disclosure" agreement.

Anyone interested? We'll probably meet at a scheduled date bi-monthly. I'm still thinking if it should be an ongoing campaign or a "Make a 1st, 6th, 11th level version of your character" sort of thing, with no XP gain.

Well, if you need playtesters, count me in. Just give us details, sked, and the non-disclosure thing.

Same here. I doubt I'll be committed enough to join a real long term game, but playtesting sounds fun.

Cool. With boy_bakal in, that's 3 players. I'll cook up more details when I get to five, my maximum.

B_b has called dibs on the striker role. Ideally, we should have one controller (wizard), two strikers (ranger, rogue, or warlock), one leader (cleric or warlord), and one defender (fighter or paladin).

I've heard that Monday is the new Wednesday in UP. If so, Monday sounds good (bi-monthly). My place? So we could all save up.

And, oh yeah, my playtesters would need a Multiply Account. Wink

Your place is a bit out of reach, I think. Maybe we can meet somewhere halfway?

I'd probably be a striker as well, or a controller. The new wizard interests me, even though it's nerfed compared to 3.x wiz.

Me wants to test out my Ragnarok Online assassin themed character, complete with katars. May I join and become a playtester too?

Five players. I suggest creating a multiply account now and invite "Bathalang Maykapal" as a Business Partner.

I have to stress, though, that this isn't the game to test out builds. Rather, this is the game to playtest my homebrew. I expect rather "traditional builds".

If you want an actual game, I may run an episodic Godstone (Rev, name still needs work) game.
