Well, that ended unspectacularly. 
I'll leave it to the others to critique the DM. Official business first:
Tech Team: qbf, oghma, do you want your characters ressurected? As Warforged, it's pretty easy to say that you were repaired, so to speak. You'll owe one of the guilds in Mudtown a favor (READ: Minor quest), and you'll have a Death Penalty until you receive three milestones, but they'll basically remain the same (+xp). So what do you say?

Interesting proposition. DM's call, honestly. Ample warning was given that the game wouldn't be pulling punches, so I don't mind either way. But what happens to the story hook with efls and Da'at squaring off in the panic?

They prolly just wouldn't be partymates anymore. Think of it more as a tech-team fix. If you liked this character concept, I'll let you do it. I'll even let you craft the minor quest for the future game. 
Thing is, this game's over anyway, so the characters could just individually move on..

Worker 9 and The Left Hand are resurrected. They have a level4 minor quest (details to follow), and have a Death Penalty until they reach three milestones.
They each receve 70xp from the last encounter.
