The first game that gave me the jitters was Silent Hill One. I played the game alone at home with the lights turned off until I was able to finish the game until the end.
When I was about to go to sleep, I had a last song syndrome of the soundtrack of metals clashing which kept me awake until 3pm. I was able to fall asleep but I was awoken by large bangs of metal
