Cool... I really can't see anything wrong with the build right now.  Good job.
My only qualm is, you should probably get more daggers. Around 10-15 would be best, as a typical non-minion combat encounter lasts around 10 rounds, while a boss fight would go on for about 15.
(I just realized; if we're all playing in the same game, we'd so far be an all-girl party. We could be like the popular clique in a high school, lolz)

Merr...made a mistake with calculations...reflex is 17 not 16...and yeah, I do intend to get more daggers though I don't really plan to chuck them all the time.

If Sevens ever had a proper name, she has by now long forgotten it, having been orphaned as a very small child when a rag-tag company of bandits paid a call to her village, singing merrily as they marched in to pillage and burn everything. They poked the men full of holes, burnt everything they could not carry away into the ground and despoiled all the women. When they left, they brought the women and children along with the full intent of selling them into slavery. Sevens however was spared this fate for reasons unknown to everyone but the bandits.
Instead, Sevens was raised under their care as a pet and mascot of sorts. They pretty much left her to her own devices and so she began to develop certain questionable views when it came to property. They also taught her how to fight with knives probably because it amused them to see a small and cute mute handling sharp daggers. What they didn't count on however was her becoming very good at it. In the end, there was no question that she was the most dangerous fighter in the group and began to lord over the bandits. She did not fight--she just made sure she got a share regardless. It was around that time that she began to openly wear the seven knives that was to be her namesake.
When she turned fourteen, she became bored of her neglectful and timid companions (try living with a small girl who could easily turn you into a bleeding porcupine and see what it does to you), and left them for a life of adventure.

Note: I am assuming that the price for buying the daggers and for the sale is up to DM approval. I won't edit the online sheet until I get guidelines on how I should proceed with this. I just think it's better this way than spending precious minutes doing it in game.

You get 6gp for the dagger, and 90gp for the chunk. Minus the 7 gp for the daggers, that's a total net gain of 89gp.

Angel's Grace
Property: +2 Dagger
Campaign: Caves of K'maht
History: A prize from her adventures in the Caves of K'maht. Wrested from the angel Gabron when Sevens and her party defeated him as he tried to destroy the Godstone K'maht. Christened Angel's Grace as a dig to its former owner. It is engraved with markings of the Daystar's cult. It has currently seen a lot of action in Traitor's Gate. It's most remarkable feat perhaps was when Sevens' threw it at a Griffin, beheading the poor beast. Something that would've been dismissed as a tall tale perhaps if it weren't for the fact that the fight between the Eladrins and team Fagnus was public spectacle.
Trickster's Laugh
Property: +1 Thunderburst Dagger
Campaign: Trouble at the Gate
History: After team Fagnus' misadventures in Traitor's Gate, Sevens' was able to scrape the money to buy some magical components from the Kobolds at a discounted price. She then requested Ultrafagnus to enchant one of her daggers. Trickster's Laugh is named after an old superstition about thunder being the Laughing God's laughter. The dagger, after the completion of the ritual, has changed visibly with ornate engravings running through its blade, which has now changed color into a deep gold. In addition, Sevens' has attached one of the Griffin feathers she had taken from when she beheaded the Eladrin Fey Knight's Griffin with a ranged attack from Angel's Grace.
Sleight of Hand
Property: +2 Pact Blade
Campaign: In the Forests of the Night
History: Stolen from the Warlock Pythor, a second before he disappeared into a cloud of bats. The knife had earlier been used to taunt Sevens and she now takes great pleasure in having possession of it. She has achieved her plan to wave the knife in front of Pythor's face before stabbing it into his heart. The knife has a wicked curved look to it and it's steel is inscribed with arcane markings whose meaning is known only to warlocks.
Hunter's Gift
Property: +1 Lightning Dagger
Campaign: Mother of Monsters
History: Taken from the corpse of the Hunter. It was formerly one of his enchanted shortswords. Sevens' asked Ultrafagnus to transfer the magic into one of her mundane daggers. The blade of the dagger is pure white and crackles with magical energy. It is named, like Angel's Grace, to be insulting to its former owner.
Flesh Eater
Property: +3 Vicious Dagger
Campaign: The Pyramid of Radiance
History: Fashioned from a dragon's fang after Team Fagnus raided and looted a white dragon's lair. Its blade crackles with menace. It looks simple with an improvised handle wrapped in leather.
A Lesson In Fear [Minor Quest Level 3]
Condition: Deal the Killing Blow Against Pythor
Status: Completed
Sevens' has made good on her vow to deal the killing blow to Pythor, shoving the wicked blade of Sleight of Hand into his heart.
