Hiya guys.
bb and Aur Ain Soph have both proposed that I run a Warhammer 40,000 based campaign, using Star Wars Saga Edition rules. I like the idea, but I want to see if there's enough interest among people first. I'll need a minimum of 4 players before I seriously work on any sort of mechanics stuff.
Anyone else interested?
Campaign Considerations:
-Given the rampant xenophobia of the 40k universe, all players will almost surely be members of the same race.
-Barred races: Necron, Tyranid, and possibly Orc
-Force Point mechanic of SWSE will be replaced with the Psyker point mechanics. Most Force Powers survive as conversions into 40k Psyker powers.
-Suggested campaign (but not restricted to): Imperial Inquisition Kill-Team, allowing a diverse cast of human characters with different backgrounds, all in the same team.

Yeah. The idea is to have a lot of the other people do the flavor and mechanics stuff. They choose the race and sub-faction, and do most of the research while I do a bit of tweaking to what they show me.
And I don't plan a long game. More along the lines of one-shots.

Unfortunately, due to the demands of schoolwork, I am going to have to shut this problem down myself. I intend to keep on working with the Cracklepoop project, but Warhammer: Saga Edition will just have to be abandoned at the moment.
