The simple version is, the Technical Team maintains the Cast of Characters thread, while the Fluff Team maintains the Cracklepoop History thread.
But, formally, the technical team maintains any mechanics problems that may arise with the threads. They warn DM's who award too much xp, make sure the characters are equipped properly, etc. The fluff team, on the other hand, organizes the experiences of various people playing in our Campaign Setting into what could be a workable History. They also decide if something is canon or not.
Questions/Clarifications? I will try to answer as best I can.

Guys, please ask questions about the teams, or, if you have none, choose one already.
While heading the technical team, I would also assist Revan as best i can on the fluff, so I will be doing some multitasking. |

I think I prefer tech better. I can also help out on fluff, but--and not to sound arrogant or anything here--I can't be bothered to read 20+ pages of back story etc.
Most likely I'll do work more along the lines of "translating flavor to mechanics" |

For the tech team, you need to flush out errors in the numbers in the posted characters, then tell them about it.
But first we need poeople to post their characters. @.@ You guys should encourage them to post. Even if there isn't a campaign yet. |

You should also encourage aspiring/prospective DM's to try running a Cracklepoop game. |
