I think not. I was joking. You were not unkillable.
My team lacked disabler during that game and also the massive use of invisibility was annoying.
Wealth is much easier there.
And the item selections suck. Almost all are stat boosters. D&D or DotA, stat boosters (inc attack/move spee, damage) are nice but hardly game winning. Sense items, disable items, and control items are as important as well. Lifesteal+crit is very easy here so it becomes a battle of attack speed.
Let me describe my hero.
Appearance: pudge.
Abilities:
1. Consume ala Lucifer then permanent +1 strength. at level 1, it consumes all you mana.
2. Disease like thingy. Similar to Undying's ulti.
3. Stench (?). Slow aura. It's kewl except that it is useless against range attackers. 250 aoe iirc. It does no damage unlike Pudge's rot. Flavor is same
4. Ulti. Similar to dismember.

My hero was simply FARMAN AND KILLAN
Skill 1: Buff that increases atk damage by 15% per level of the skill
Skill 2: Adds 5 str and 50 hp per level
Skill 3: Adds 3 bonus gold on each successful creep kill and 15 bonus gold on each successful non-creep (i.e. building/hero) kill per level
Ulti: Skeletal form gives bonus move and attack speed as well as increased base damage
Pretty simple to use actually, just give him atk speed gear followed by lifesteal and damage equips and there you go. Coulda benefited from some sort of "Bash" item, but no such luck.
I severely doubt that SMotA made it past the beta, but prove me wrong

We found a better version of Smota last time. The items were decent though not Dota level yet. But there are more cool heroes. Peon, anyone?

SmoTA has some seriously fun heros, though a lot are overpowered while others are too smerfed (worse than nerfed).
