Some rumors:
Downey will make an appearance in Hulk movie.
Thor is set for release on June 2010 and he will make a cameo on Iron-man 2.
Captain America is scheduled for May 2011
I view these developments with optimism, especially the hulk. If this films become a success then I will have very high hopes for an awesome Avengers movie (July 2011).

Only a handful of HGC people haven't watched it yet, is the thing. It's quite good, actually. Heath does a smashing job as the Joker, and I think the movie as a whole captures the feel of the comic book rather well.

Now, I'm not judging someone I know, but I do think that a goody-two-shoes Christian-loving girl is probably among the worst people you can ask for an unbiased opinion about the Dark Knight, especially if she hated "Brokeback Mountain", and, by extension, Heath Ledger.
Watch it for the Joker, but don't bring any 13 year olds and younger to the movie. The Rating lies, it's a "soft" R-18 movie, not PG13. I would've been traumatized and having nightmares for weeks if my parents had brought me to watch this when I was 13.
