I'm just curious why the hell porings and their kind aren't in the list. 'Bouncing balls of gelatin intent on absorbing as much items in their bodies without gaining weight at all' are something to consider.

Because Porings are awesome...and since they're the token low level monsters you have to massacre for your first few levels of course they'll be cute and weird. It stands to good reason since they're one of the faces of your marketing strategy. I mean who here doesn't have a fond memory of Porings?
