Summary of major Pharagos world powers:

Alliance Nations

Selentia, Lysea, Arcania, Silvermyr, Lunarion, Elven Dominion, Elenia (defunct), Bartonia (defunct), Siria (defunct), Theira.

Non-Allied Nations

Mandrakori Remnant, Al-Diraq Imperium, Gith Kingdoms of K'rra'Gith'farak.

Minor Powers

The Iron Isles, The Remnant (refugee alliance of Sirians, Bartonians, and displaced Elenians).

Summaries of Strengths:

Selentia: Major military power with strong bureaucratic and logistical base. Large economy, if not incredibly developed.(Roman style)
Lysea: Major economic power, trading network scattered across Pharagos. Have large liquid capital, but the Gith Wars have disrupted much of the trade that they relied on. Major naval power.(Renn. Europe?)
Arcania: Major magical powerhouse with allied blue dragons. Internally unstable.(Egyptian Styling)
Elven DominionsUnknown. The elves repulsed the Gith assaults against them during the Incursion, but the extent of damage to Elven holdings, armies, and resources cannot accurately be measured. The Dominions have made surprising steps toward unity marked by the acclamation of the High Elf priestess Erisi L'aeral as High Speaker of the Elves.
Theira: The hardy clansmen of Theira weathered the Gith assault surprisingly well, with a decentralized clan based structure. Hardy frontier survivalists and warriors who are closely allied with their former enemies, the Mandrakor. (inspired by Norse and Scots)
Mandrakori: Selentia boasts that it has the largest army in Pharagos. The Mandrakor Clans counter by saying that the Mandrakori are the best army in Pharagos. Rugged, ruthless, disciplined, and battle-tested warriors, these extra-planar mercenaries are slowly adapting to life in the Daemonscar. The Clans hire themselves out as elite mercenary troops.(Mix of Rome, Sparta, and Star Wars Mandalorians)
K'rra'Gith'farak and Al-Diraq
Successor states to the original Gith invasion. The Gith of K'rra'Gith'farak see themselves as conquerors and overlords over Pharagos. For these Gith, the Incursion is not yet over, it is only in hiatus. Once a new Warlord is chosen and contact reestablished with T'uunarath, the Gith will continue their righteous Crusade. A high priority is also the ressurection of Vlaakith the Lich Queen.

The Al-Diraqi Gith, inspired by their former leader Warlord Z'etch'rr, see themselves as occupiers. They know that the surest way to handle their newfound territories is to assimilate themselves into Pharagos and its nations. They rule with a draconian, but generally fair hand over the remnants of the Al-Diraq Imperium.

Thanks a lot Revan.
Follow-up question.
1. Are the major players of each world power

-Few epic?
-Few high level?
-Many epic?
-Many high level?
-Mostly just level one or two aristocrats?
-Mix?

A major player may be in political position or a retired but well-known adventurer giving advices to a king.

2. Any known "immortals" in Pharagos?

Ressurecting Vlaakith will require a high level cleric. But she would be a living creature, not a lich. Epic spellcasting could bring her back without ressurecting her. Either way, it would require very high level characters, which the githyankis lack. Looks like an interesting quest for githyanki pcs.

Whatever you lack, you can get...with the appropriate amount of cash or power. If the Githyankis can somehow obtain the services of a Cleric, either just high-level or epic, then Vlaakith is as good as back. Even if she gets resurrected to life, she can just begin her lichdom anew, albeit she'd have a harder time this time around, what with the entirety of Pharagos now sensitive to Githyanki movements.

Vlaakith is dead for what, thousands of years? All i know is she was a lich for at least a 1000 years. A cleric can only ressurect a creature that is dead for 10 years/caster level. Assuming the very minimum of 1000 years of lichdom, finding a cleric with caster level of 100 is quite hard to find. Well, with the right amount of powergaming a non-epic cleric could do it.

Anyway, if ever she returns back, that's trouble. Twisted Evil

Interesting note. Before my character was killed and raised as a death knight, his attitude to Vlaakith was friendly (due to a failed will save). Vrahn raised my character and his attitude to Vrahn was also friendly. As written in Libris Mortis, (intelligent) undeads don't change their behaviours/attitudes/perspectives easily.

I wonder what would happen if ... (speculate speculate speculate)

Btw, my character is him versus the world. Arcanians hate him. Ilithids hate him. Githyankis hate him (he has Vlaakith's silver sword). And he has no allies.

Damn!

Bit off-topic, but might I recommend the Fourth House? :3

He will destroy all the Houses...
He will kill each and every breathing creature in Arcania...
whether its a rakshasa, ilithid, commoner, everyone ...
In the end ... Arcania will be reduced to a pile of rubbles.
