Hello everyone. As a result from the GA we had last December 3, there are two locations available as of now. First is at Oghma's house back in Olongapo. The plan is that it will be 3 days and two nights. The tentative date of the party is from Dec. 18-20. The other alternative will be at Aur Ain Soph's place at a weekend because AAS is not available at weekdays. Tentative date is Dec. 18 as well. The Lantern Parade is at Dec. 17.
Now most of the current members want it to be set at Oghma's place but as you all know it has some great financial and availability issues. So we decided to ask the other members and alumni if there are other possible location beside the two. I'm humbly asking anyone for other suggestions beside the two presented for deliberation

What: UP HGC Christmas Party 2010
When: December 18, 2010 7 P.M. onwards
Where: AAS's place
Why: To celebrate of course!
Whow: Actually I don't know the directions on how to get there 
The org members will be the one to buy the food (hopefully no blunders like last time). I will be bringing my laptop and if don5 will be able to come, he will be bringing a projector so that we can have a movie fest if anyone is interested. I think someone will also bring a Wii and if we can find one, a dance pad (DDR teym!) Everyone is also encouraged to bring forms of entertainment for the night (like Magic Sing TM).
Hoping a successful and fun Christmas party. Also hoping that everyone can come
