As it's current emperor, I'm obliged to say that Revan has recently done a cool history of my beloved city-state turned empire.  Maybe I'll bully him into posting it here sometime. Hehe.
Will also post Vrahn fiction here pretty soon... I promise. I was reserving it for the org zine, pero mas bagay ata dito...

Note that my history on the Fourth House is half-baked. I'm giving the DM of any Pharagos campaign setting to edit, modify, or outright change anything that they aren't comfortable with.

House Axom is psionic...
Although, I understand your concern. Psionics did already appear in Pharagos, justifying its existence there. The current DM has just decided to leave it out for now.  Let's call it the DM's privilege.
