|
What keeps you going when fate seems determined to turn your life into its personal litterbox? What makes you reach futher, dream wilder, hope harder than you did before? What can, even on the shittiest of days, still make you smile?
Post your inspirations here. Artistic, spiritual, emotional, whatever. A song, a video, a quote, pictures of puppies getting kicked... bring it on.
I'll start us off!

I don't think a lot of you will find this very inspiring, also, but much of what kept me going back when I was working full time was watching a lot of really GAR videos (mostly TTGL). There was just something about them that made me remember times when I was overall a lot happier, and didn't feel like I was being force-fed (censored) for a living.
So, as it happens, whenever I need some inspiration, I open up youtube and BRACE FOR EPIC.
e.g.
King Kittan Giga Drill Break
My Bro is Dead!
Gai vs. Mamoru (from GaoGaiGar this time, one of the most epic and touching battles in the series) _________________ And I'm still, still longing. Still cold... so cold. |

@princessa: Haha, I like seeing other people's inspirations! It may not be something that resonates with me, but it gives you a lot of insight into the way a person acts, you know? Seeing what motivates them.
@bb: LOL DON'T WORRY ANIKI, for me my GAR-fuel was, uh, a fuckton of shonen mangas (NARUTO LOLZ) and the optimism of a few RPG protagonists (Zidane Tribal, I'm looking at you.) |

i really like the sunset pic
when i want to keep up a good mood, i always play this song in my head.
BE A MAN
the TTGL is a bonus if the song wasn't enough.
and lately, when everything/everyone is being b*tch/jerk/a**hole to me, but something suddenly cheers me up, this always play (in my head, yes) as a background song.
fufufu... you fell FOR MY TRAP!! _________________ There is happiness for those who accept their fate. There is glory for those who defy their fate
