Well, I don't know about that. If they manage to reprint my all time favorite card eternal witness, I might consider going back to playing the game. _________________ Only by confronting your darkest fears can you find the light...

a lot of the spoilers aren't actually spoilers (e.g. The Rack, Golden Lotus). Which is good, I suppose. _________________ And I'm still, still longing. Still cold... so cold. |

Complete Spoiler is up.
At a glance, Green is easily the weakest color. No accel, no efficient creatures, just nothing at all that's impressive or highly useful, save of course for Garruk.
But White is still pretty strong, so I'm happy _________________ And I'm still, still longing. Still cold... so cold. |

Well, so much for being the revolution of Magic... M10 doesn't really deviate from the X-Edition formula, which means that it'll still be only an extra cardpool for Standard -- something that Wizards said they wanted to avoid. _________________ I shut my eyes in order to see. |

And yet you kids will still play, anyway.
MtG has lived through powerful cards and rules changes (not to mention disappointing core sets; 6th ed was far from the long-awaited proof of the string theory) before. Each and every time players hailed it as the end of the game, but guess what? In my count, we're approaching the 12th core set printed; and there are still players.
Q's point is probably valid; if they presented M10 to be different from other core sets, then the player may be sorely disappointed. But if Darksteel Colossus and Haunting Echoes are there, they're at least veering away from the concept of keeping core cards simple. Add to that the planeswalker cards.
To conclude, I don't see anything that says "magic ends", just yet. _________________ Nosfecatu Publishing |

It's gonna be a whole different game, I wouldn't say it's ending though. I think it will be interesting; considering post-M10 decklists and the like, what new Deck Tech will be out, etc. _________________ And I'm still, still longing. Still cold... so cold. |

As for me, I'm disappointed. But heck bringing back Lightning Bolt is already leaving a great taste in my mouth already, oh if I only had enough money, I'd be goin' for some Blightnin' Beats during standard season. _________________ "I should mug people to this song. Yup. Magic will never die not until R. Garfield rises from the grave and says so. Darksteel Colossus, Platinum angel hmmmmmm...why do I smell that the second part of Mirrodin is about to happen? Tooth and Nail anyone? _________________ Only by confronting your darkest fears can you find the light...
