Hi guys.

We've met contacts in Ex Libris, a CAL literary org who are interested in joining us in actions against the Book Blockade issue. To this end, we want to arrange a meeting between some of our head honchos and some of their head honchos, this Wednesday 1pm at Cordillera Coffee beside the Vargas museum. We need to work out who we want to send. I guess I'm in as I was one of the ppl with some contact, and I also figure we need our SecGen, juaberman, or our ASG (does the ASG have a boards account? I don't recall at the moment) if juaberman is unavailable, as well as our current externals dude (though I've been told we have no current externals dude. Do we have an OIC?).

It's something of an informal meet & greet, get to know the other side, and brainstorm ideas about anti-book blockade weirdness and org tie-ups.

Can an alumni come along?

ideally, we keep it small and sweet, not too huge a group. It's pretty much a getting to know meet and brainstorm session. We want to build inter-org contacts, so I'd like to bring as many of our current officers along as possible, but if you think you can contribute, it's your call.

Meet time is 1pm at Cordillera Coffee (Vargas museum), so I suggest we meet up at AS hill around lunchtime.
