I think 3-5 would be better, as we have a gaping hole on the mid-heroic levels. Besides, I'm sure someone else will run a 1-3 game sooner rather than later.
Then again, a lot of people really want to test-drive the PHB2 characters...

Don't fret. Once I finished reading up on the DMG. I'll be running a campaign for levels 1-3.

I recall that some characters are getting deleted unless they get exp soon and since I have notes for a 1-3 adventure anyway, we might as well go with that one.
I'll just run a 3-5 during the vacation.

@erwin: it is this Thursday. Please prepare. I'll be using Allen so I'd be taking the controller part. Why not use Simone instead? Two controllers in a party sounds good.
@juaberman: are you joining. please do confirm.
@poisonous mag pie: What role are you assuming?
I hope our party turns out to be balance.
It's quite sad I was thinking it was for a level 1-3 campaign. I was hoping to use Alazlam.

Wasn't able to read AAS' post regarding the campaign level hehehehe it was for levels 1-3. I'd definitely use Alazlam here unless there are some problems like the team having no strikers and all. Heheheheheh

@dark_axis: The only character I have that meets the level requirement is a striker. At this point, I'm worried that our team would have no defenders. If the situation calls for it, I will make a defender for this campaign.
@AAS: Care to give us a few details about the setting of the campaign? |

If it's a 1-3 campaign, I'll be making my bard, who thinks he's a striker
I think juaberman said something like an invoker, or gnome emo/dark-lock.
Also, don't depend on bard's healing in combat, it's not that reliable, or a t least my build will be. Just listen to its stories during short rests

So far so good. erwin would be the leader, then juaberman would be the controller, i take striker and posionous mag pie takes defender since no one would be grabbing that role.
@AAS: We start at one tomorrow right? I hope there won't be any reasons for a sudden cancellation though. Will be there before 1 pm. To my co players, please be on TIME.

I think the players that should be considered are the ones that confirmed after BJ bumped the status of the campaign so far the earlier players who confirmed have not "reassured" the dm that they are still interested.
I'm having second thoughts though. I remembered that I have one character pending for deletion. And at the moment there are no rogues in the party. At the moment there are also no declared controllers which makes me think if I'm going to push trough with Alazlam or the rogue or if worse comes to shove Allen since he's still at level 3.
