another DoomBringer!! 
well.. i think a hero with silence will do, or any hero that isn't much affected by doom.. meaning none skill reliant...like Traxex!

you just need disable. it's hard to kill doom 1v1, so teamplay is really a factor.
but, hmm... a well equipped raigor in the right situation could prolly do the trick

take note, though, Levi is prolly a good choice. Doom is a buff, so there's a chance Kraken's Shell will remove it... unless kraken's shell is disabled upon use of Doom? Hmm, not too sure about that one...

yup, you're right.. kraken shell CAN remove doombringer's doom(it's a passive non-aura skill, so it won't be deactivated)..

QUESTION:
What hero should you use against a phantom lancer at late game?
i really have a hard tym thinking a counter-hero for that..

Of course it is... however I have to disagree that obsidian destroyer can take out a phantom lancer 1 v 1. equipping PL with manta style could crush obsidian in no time...

actually no other build works with lancer. Manta style is his main weapon because it adds more illusions to his repertoire plus the mana burn ability. Well the critical build could also dismantle obsidian destroyer due to the lack of constitution. He has small hp which could easily be pummeled by any agi character.
