Sup, been meaning to post this little gem of a program for a while, so here it is:

It's a semi-open source program that you can use to run any type of PnP game as long as there is an existing ruleset (separate download) that you can load into the module. I've found it to be extremely handy as it incorporates IRC chatting with the sheet layout that we've all grown to love and cherish. Errr, you really have to see it for yourself, as well as take the time to learn its intricacies to appreciate it and hopefully integrate it in online PnP adventures. So far, the only free rulesets are open d20 and GURPS 4e, I believe; there are 4e rulesets that can be loaded, and it can be downloaded in their forums.
Oh, I forgot to mention that it is not free. Nope, it's not. But, if you're NOT interested, you can NOT contact me for a NON-EXISTENT cracked version which I will NOT freely link to you. But I suggest you take a gander at the free demo version first. To learn how to work it, one of the members made these video tutorials for our infinite convenience.
