I'm thinking of running a short PBP / one-shot RL campaign during the sembreak. If you'd prefer PBPs, then the campaign will run for about 2-4 weeks which will probably net your characters one level-up; Don't know about the one-shot though. Details will be fleshed out as soon as people sign up. Anyone interested?
Untitled game
Type Undecided (PBP/One-shot)
Character Levels 1-3
Players Minimum 3, Maximum 5
Campaign Synopsis A band of adventurers is given a small task by an as-of-now unnamed stranger: Deliver a mysterious package to a faraway island in three days. Of course, expect something to go wrong. Bring your swimming trunks and hop aboard -- its a Nice Boat Adventure!

Cool. Somebody other than the regular team is running a game. I want in, but both of my characters are already in games, and I'm not sure if I want to setup another character. I'll see. If in, I'd recommend an RL game.

One more and we're good to go. Assuming we go with an RL game, any suggestions as to the location? AS is still open until the end of the removals, right? (Though I was actually looking forward to another PBP to boost my post count...  )

Depends on what time you guys are available. I have no problems going on weekdays and it solves the location problem (AS is still open IIRC.) Weekends, however, are problematic for me. (Part-time work etc.)
It's up to you guys and your schedules. (Still, PBP is still an option )
@Revan: Are you still in? Or you don't have any other characters available?

I believe qbf, juaberman, and AAS are planning to put Landyard team in, if this pushes thru as Tabletop game.
As for sked, I'm tentative for now, since, (i think) i'm going for 10days training (work related).

Okay, let's set a tentative date then. How about Tuesday, Oct 28 at AS hill around 1pm? (I checked; there is supposedly a Removal exam taking place at that date, so you have a decent excuse to get in.  )

@d_a: This is a one-shot campaign so the possibilities of other games is low.
So, Tuesday. Anyone got a problem with that? And, if you intend to join the game, just post it here or ym me so I have an idea of the party size.
Of course, if less than three people confirm by Monday, then I'd have to cancel this.

Campaign title is 'Isles of Tohseno.' Yeah, I know I'm creativity incarnate.  Guys, expect heavy combat. This campaign is primarily a booster for the level 1 characters and since you have a level 3 PC to leech off, I'd cram as many encounters as I can. So be ready.
