Wandering around the net I stumbled upon this article. It is kind of old but it is a good read.

Very promising but I doubt it can be harvested in our lifetime.

Currently in the Philippines an energy crisis is looming. How would you solve this problem? Do you think the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant should be revived?
