I posted Dicefreaks official undead templates in this forum.
The Pharagos Campaign setting uses the templates as supplement and not as replacements.
Any creature encountered with the any DF template slapped on it is a unique creature. They gained the template in special manner. The tier of the template the creature used is bound to remain permanently. Exceptions can occur like using very powerful magic or direct intervention by deities or similarly powerful beings.
Note that the templates do nothave Level Adjustments; they are designed more of a flavor than characters is mind. Nothing prevents a dm-player agreements, though.

Suggestion, why not just incorporate them all into this thread to save screen space and delete the additional ones?
