hp for wizards is 10+Con Score+4 for every level. Add toughness and that's 31 hp for you, not 36.
And you should have a spellbook.
Hooray, yet another Orbizard.  At least you got some unique flavor. 
Although, for the record a drunk wizard should probably be con-based rather than wis-based. But that's just me. |

I took Toughness as a human bonus feat; does the +5 hp at first level count?
Con, right! Should've thought of that. Huh. Let's just say he can't really hold his alcohol all that well?

Added Encounter Power, XP, and other level-up effects. Also fixed some errors; forgot to add implement bonuses. |
