I know I've linked these in the "What have you been reading" page, but what the hell:

Gone With The Blastwave :Post-Apocalyptic military wackiness reminiscent of Fallout and Red vs.Blue
Girl Genius: Adventure! Romance! MAD SCIENCE! By the Foglios
No Need For Bushido: Comedic Samurai action-comedy-drama
Inverloch and Pheonix Requiem: Inverloch: Fantasy webcomic, Pheonix Requiem: new startup by the writer & artist of Inverloch
Alpha Shade: Alternate realities clash. Griffons duelling with biplanes, tanks, airships, and freaky psionic black cats.
What's New With Phil And Dixie!: Another classic Foglio strip, this one appearing in Dragon over the 80's
No Rest For The Wicked: A fantasy webcomic reminiscent of Fables, NRFW is a medley of fairy tale characters. Written and drawn by a UP student!
Questionable Content: Music subculture jokes and Anthro-PCs for the win!
VGCats: Computer game based humor.

Sexy Losers is one of the legendary webcomics on the net. Among other things it was responsible for is the popularization of the term "fapping" and "fap" for masturbation. It's one of the funniest webcomics to deal with sex and porn. And it doesn't censor anything. To get to the first comic, click here.

WARNING: Sex, language, violence, guro/gore, bestiality, religious heresy, incest, necrophilia, masturbation and full frontal nudity. Also, don't click if you can't stand naughty stuff.

Phoenix Requiem - from the creator of Iverloch, this ones still pretty new but from what I've seen it has potential to be a future gem
Under Power - lots of filler art but... hehe... the elf's cool
Apple Geeks Lite - nice black and white one shot comix based from one of my personal favorites Apple Geeks

yeah chugworth is still alive but they've been doing a lot of that pancake thing.

stylewise its kinda hard to find another webcomic similar to megatokyo, but storywise I would suggest Questionable Content and Apple Geeks

guys check this one out:

Goblins

D&D inspired webcomic, goblins are the good guys here!

the first issues are black and white, but after a few issues it gets color... also it was created during 3.0, but adpated itself to 3.5...

Freak Angels

Why is this in anyway interesting? The writing is by Warren Ellis. 'Nuff said.
