Since Chic started out posting his character sketches of Christian's character, why don't we make it a whole thread or a page even? It would be a challenge for those of you who like simple drawing. Make a sketch of your RPG characters and post them here.

First, you have to find a site that will host your picture files. I'm sure our local artists here can suggest few.

I, uhh, can't draw :/

But I can describe my characters alright, I suppose.

Pitina Piddlseworth d'Sivis: Think Shizuku, from Hunter X Hunter, except at around 3'8"-3'10" (being that she's a gnome and all). Her hands are kinda small, she's more or less always expressionless, and she's always loaded up with gear. She's constantly leafing through her spellbook or some other magical tome, or if she isn't, she's practicing somatic components in a dark corner. Basically someone who is neither seen nor heard, someone who could slip under the radar easily.
Amon Amarth, Servant of Pelor: You know that dude on the cover of CDiv? There. Next.
Kyvash Bloodwing: Bald, with a stern expression. Not much else I can mention; Kyvash is the character I have the most trouble imagining.
Bartholomew Silverberg, Easygoing Minstrel: Medium length straight brown hair and a bit of stubble on his chin. He's always found laughing, smiling, looking at the stars. He basically looks like a freeloader, but in truth he works hard to earn his keep.

and last, but definitely not least, my personal favorite bug f--- insane cleric of Orcus:

Orm of the Fourth House (or full name Orm Tiberius Stokata Echeron, something I only recently thought up :3)
Imagine the undead Arthas from Warcraft 3, only skinnier. His skin is bluish with a grisly pallor, his eyes are deep red, his hair is a pale white. In combat, Orm prefers the comfort of Full Plate armor and a heavy shield. Outside of combat, Orm prefers the usual Arcanian garb: Long, black robes that seem tattered and worn, a hood to conceal his face partially, the holy symbol of Orcus fastened near his waist. He often walks around carrying a leatherbound black tome, though he does not read it much.

Those are my characters; the ones who yet live, anyway. If any of you guys would be kind enough to offer to draw any of them (particularly Pitina and/or Orm, since I really like the way those two turned out), or would like to draw any of them, it would indeed be greatly appreciated. :3

Hehe. Damn, I should have checked this out earlier. Interesting. I'll see what I can cook up for my up-and running dudes.

Tal Kar: tall guy, slightly heavy built. blue eyes, medium-length reddish brown hair with matching thin stubble. Likes to wear a long cloak to hide his armor and swords. Unless he's fighting looks unattentive

Xan Stormwalker: medium height, kinda looks like Sieg from Chaos Legion except with dirty blonde hair, more heavily built, and has a scar across the bridge of his nose

Once I get to scan and color my sketches (I'm just too lazy), I'll probably post 'em on DeviantArt. Once that's done (uploading to that site is crazy), maybe I'll link 'em here.

Well, I don't want this thread to just die off, so here are a few of my own, mainly NPCs from campaigns. Not particularly the best, especially when compared to pitz's stuff, but I like them anyway.

Corwin Gryphon (Pharagos campaign):
The bastard child of Ylesia, an Iron-born wizardress from Bastion and an unknown noble, Corwin Gryphon is a magical prodigy and friend to Talon Kasra von Hiregaard, the heir-apparent of the Iron Isles. Corwin is sensitive about his origins and seeks the truth behind his heritage.

Natasha Karlov (Call of Cthulu D20 Modern):
An ex-Spetsnaz commando working for a secret organization known only as Delta Green, Natasha is trained as a high-intensity covert-ops warrior able to sneak in, shoot it out, and then get out once the job is done.

YVONNE LOCKHART (Pharagos)
Female Elan Egoist 10/Thrallherd 10
This woman is rather short for an average adult female. Her pale skin bears an unusual sheen, almost as if she was coated by some thin layer of transparent goo. Her eyes, two emerald orbs, bear into yours, as if she were scrying your very soul. Her long hair, a blazing flame in color, hangs down past the middle of her back. She is clad in an exquisite, flowing, white dress that clings tightly around her slim figure, a pair of arm-length gloves, and an outstanding pair of traveling boots.

MIEKE SIRELL (Pharagos)
Female Human Monk 6/Psychic Warrior 3/War Mind 10/Elocater 1
This tall woman has a slender figure that is unusually compact, her muscles seemingly as solid as stone. She carries herself with a poise and an aura of one who is confident in her abilities. Her long, black hair, which blends warmly with her slightly tanned skin, flutters in the soft breeze. Her slanted, black eyes, which give her an Oriental look, are seemingly staring into space, as if her mind is elsewhere. All in all, she seems to be the typical monk - except for the fact that she is floating an inch from the ground.

MANVAIO BEARCHASER AMOLATHNAKKI (Kat'ha)
Male Goliath Psychic Warrior 15/War Mind 5//Cleric 9/Contemplative 10
This tall, young man has the build and musculature of a giant. His skin, leathery and mottled, bears white marks in a seemingly random pattern. His eyes, resembling emerald orbs, burn with inner strength. His hair, dark brown in color, hangs loose past his shoulders and down his broad back. He wears the robes of a follower of Apo La’Haki, complete with holy symbols and tattoos, and bears an unusually large hammer.

Yey! Pitz has brought up his stuff! Nifty. Quite nifty, sir!

*stares at awe at the drawings*

I can't even get past stick figures... (hides head in utter and ultimate shame)...

But as of now, my Pharagos character, Hermond Torwin, is fashioned to be
the Pharagos equivalent of me.

These was what he would have looked like when he was young.

AASIMAR BLACKGUARD (Character Concept)
This tall man has very pale skin, platinum-blond hair, and a pair of sparkling golden eyes - albeit ones filled with malice. He is clad in an exquisite set of full plate, with the history of the Material-Shadow Rift and the Empress of Shadows engraved upon its surface as a bas relief. He carries in his right hand a majestic black sword, and upon his left a towering shield with mystic runes etched along its edges and a ghastly skull in its center.

MARILITH, TRUE TANAR'RI (Character Concept)
A long, sinuous, snake-like tail constitutes the lower half of this statuesque woman who would have been completely alluring if not for the array of deadly weapons held in her six hands - a flowing silver greatsword, a dagger of adamantine, and a flail of mithral. Upon the end of her tail is some sort of metal contraption that may well serve as both armor and weapon, what with its sharp ridges and many spikes.

RIGGO "GLOWBLADE" STONEHALLOW (Kat'ha)
Male Dwarf Soulknife 20 // Ranger 1/Fighter 4/Deepwarden 2/Exotic Weapon Master 2/War Mind 6/Iron Mind 5
This sturdy dwarf walks with an air of fearlessness and skill about him. His deep-brown eyes, piercing and fierce, stare down anyone who dares to meet them. His coppery hair, long and well-kept, is tied into neat and intricate braids. His skin, leathery and tanned from years in front of the forge, is pulled tight over his bulging muscles. Clad in heavy armor, he is quite peculiar in being well-armored and being without any weapon at the same time. To add to that, his armor is filled with many Dwarven runes and other hieroglyphics, seemingly depicting a Dwarven legend.

Talk about detail: I guess Pitz-Ikko has all the time in the world to come up with these character concepts. Rolling Eyes

ANDAO'JUR BLOODWIND (Kat'ha)
Male Illumian Cloistered Cleric of Kord 10/Contemplative 10//Warblade 15/Bloodstorm Blade 4/Exotic Weapon Master 1
This young lad appears to be a normal human - aside from the unusually pale skin and the glowing sigils that perpetually revolve around his head. He is decked in a beautiful set of field plate underneath his clerical vestments that bear the holy symbol of Kord, the god of strength. Sheathed by his hip is a bastard sword, and strapped to his left arm is a golden shield that bears both the symbol of his deity and his family crest.

THE AN'HARZESSIS YUAN-TI (Kat'ha)
Female Yuan-ti Halfblood and Male Yuan-ti Abomination
You enter a huge, spacious chamber. Directly opposite you, seated upon the throne by the far wall, is a lithe female with reptilian scales as skin and the eyes of a snake. Standing by her side is a tall, imposing creature that is half-man and half-snake.

THE SPIRIT OF IL'HOCOZ WOODS AND HER GUARDIAN (Kat'ha)
Water Elemental Spirit and Hound Archon
As you near the misty glade, a figure seems to form right out of the mist. Slowly, the mist gathers at some point and a woman is formed, the material of her body seemingly pure water. As the woman beckons you closer, another figure steps out of the bushes to stand by her side. It is a short, but muscular man with the head of a hound and the feathered wings of an angel - a hound archon. Held in this red-skinned angel's hand is a majestic greatsword which glowing radiance seems to penetrate the thick mist that hangs over the glade.

It's been a while since this page has seen action, so here's one new entry, my first attempt at coloring a scan with GIMP.

Marthe Dyre Female Human Scout 3 Soldier 5 Bounty Hunter 1 Gunslinger 1
A Mandalorian bounty hunter, Marthe Dyre frequents Nar Shadaa and Hutt Space. An expert marksman with a blaster rifle, Marthe likes nothing better than getting the drop on an opponent and dropping her quarry with one or two well placed stun blasts or blaster bolts. She also makes frequent use of a jetpack to maneuver into an advantageous shooting position, or simply to escape from a fubar'ed situation.
(Color scheme based on Jango Fett's armor, wanted to keep it simple. Will probably change it to dark greys or possibly camo/olive drab green)
