New rules say I retain my own hp when I polymorph but does my maximum hp change?

Assume a level 20 sorcerer with con mod of 10. Assuming average (20d4+20*10) the hp is 250. When the sorcerer polymorphs to a titan (con 39, mod +14) the hp is retained at 250 but does maximum hp becomes 330?

Off the bat, I'd say no. You keep all your normal HP stats as if you haven't changed at all. But there may be some new "update" I'm not aware of, so it'll be better if you link us to your source.

Again, this is my own ruling, so feel free to go against it.

I'd say that you keep track of the Con damage and take the equivalent hp loss from your actual hp.

Example: Sorcerer Hennet, while polymorphed as a Titan, has received 4 points of Constitution damage. This is roughly equivalent to 2 hp lost per Hit Die. Hennet thus loses the specified amount from his actual hit point total.

Ok Pitz. I think I understand your ruling.
