'Sup HGC? o7 Not a member nor an applicant per say (yet), but I figured I'd introduce myself since I went ahead posted to the nWoD-for-GRAIL thread.
Anyway, the name's Samantha, but just Sam is fine. Whichever works. Some of you probably remember me from either OGM or the HGC Christmas party. If you still need your memory jogged, uh... Poisonous Magic Pie is my puppy? If you've never met me at all, pretend I never said that last one.
I don't actually play any hobby games regularly, though I've done (and am still doing) my fair share of freeform RP over the internets. I'm vaguely familiar with WoD, Magic and D&D simply because I used to chat, play, or draw with people into that kind of thing (90% of all my knowledge I osmosed off someone on the internet, I swear). I've always been more interested in the fluff than actually playing it, though.
OTHER GENERAL INTERESTS:
Games I Managed To Pay Attention To For More Than Five Seconds: Kingdom Hearts (I AM A RAGING FANGIRL FOR IT) The World Ends With You, FFX (and X-2 hurhur), FFIX, the game my avatar is from and which I will be incredibly impressed if you know, Legend of Mana, Threads of Fate, Harvest Moon (the first game I stayed up until 3 am for, for which my ass was kicked by my parental units).
Books By These People: Diana Wynne Jones, Robin McKinley, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Brian Jacques, George R. R. Martin, Philip Pullman
Comics By These Guys: Goscinny and Uderzo, Herge, Budjette and Kajo, Bill Willingham, Phil and Kaja Foglio, Tom Siddell.
ANIMU/MANGA: Last Exile, Noein, Monster, Baccano!, Soul Eater, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Samurai Champloo, Skip Beat, Koukou Debut, Lovely Complex (shut up I'm a shoujo freak okay).
...And that's all I can think of right now HERP A DERP.
BJ Edit. |

@Revan: haha, yes, you I recognize! If only because of trawling the BT forum to see how that game panned out. (Nice summary, there.)
@erwin: Thank you kindly, and a belated Merry Christmas and advance Happy New Year to you as well.
@Xtian: Haha, yeah. Every forum has their own unspoken code of conduct. I'll try to stick on the safe side.
@dark_axis: Thanks~ 83 |

@Jake: WILL DO. 8D
@juaberman: Your name is hard to forget because I kept thinking it sounded like wasabi. SO I KEPT THINKING IT WAS spelled 'w---' until russianguyovic told me.
BJ Edit: juaberman didn't offer his RL name, though he hinted at it. For that matter, neither did russianguyovic. |

It has occurred to me that I haven't said hi yet.
Hello. I am definitely not called BJ in RL. >.>
Speaking of RL names, please be reminded that we have a policy:
You can offer your RL name yourself if you want to, but you cannot refer to someone in the boards by their RL name or nickname. Use their forum name instead.
This rule applies even if they offered up their name in their own posts. I will let it slide in this thread, but refrain from doing it nonetheless. |

@BJ: I'll keep it in mind in the future, sorry about that! I haven't been on a forum where I actually knew the people offline in uh, ever, so using usernames still feels weird.
And I guess for the future reference of anyone still actually reading this, just calling me 'Gale' works as well. O: |
