Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger are one of the best retro games I played. Megaman X-X3 and Street Fighter 2 are great for cool clean fun. I tried messing with Populous in the emulator, it's fun, even if I don't get much of what's happening.  I have much more fun with retro than with the current games. |

| just heard a rumor there was a sailor moon fighting game where they were nude when they fight. also the same goes with street fighter, king of fighters and fatal fury. Is this true??? |

| might be a fangame. fatal fury there are instances of such, not nudity per se, more like sprite glitches or something. |

| actually played one in an arcade. whenever you beat King or the girl who says "Bouncy, bouncy" oh I remebered Mai, a picture of them with ripped clothes and exposed flesh is an award. |

thats probably in mugen, of course, having a custom fighting game engine means custom characters, I've seen a few of those, the dont have much use though, only if youre compiling a perverse edition of mugen  |

I think I remeber that, its king, in KOF 96 or 98, not so sure though |

No mention of Vagrant Story yet? Probably THE most advanced weapons system I have ever had the chance of experiencing on the PSX. I spent an eighth of my life playing this game, and even when I upgraded to the PS2, VS still won out in the end. I have it alt-tabbed right now, if you want to know.
For the PC, definitely Thief. Any Steampunk aficionados here? Thief straddles the cusp of this fictional country's ascent to their own Industrial Age, and perfectly recreates the grit of the milieu. Coupled with the complex storyline and open-ended gameplay (which can switch to a cakewalk to NINTENDO HARD in a snap), Thief has to be one of the most underrated games ever made. |
