| bfury or radiance is actually regular on mercurial until bfury became really cheap. Its hard to farm with lane creeps with mercurial with his low hp, very prone to ganks. |

The Razor remake was better, IMO, because its tier doesn't change until late game, it's always good. And less item dependent
