For fun, fitness, and profit. Every Wednesdays at 6 pm, meet up outside AS. Route is the oval, of course.

There are about 7 of us doing this regularly already. Who else wants in?

We need meal planning. I won't be able to sustain that kind of expensive foods forever. Sad

Who suggested Chockiss? Lawlz, I was surprised you guys actually sprang for it.

Cheapest place around is Philcoa fastfood joints (anyone see the irony there?)

Or.... find some eating place at Teacher's Vill. Problem being, at the moment, we only have Jaykie's car.

Go ahead. More the merrier, friend. Very Happy

Sorry 'bout the suggestion, nothing else came to mind. Let's look around for a different, more affordable place we can eat after jogging.

Mang jimmy's is best. Not the cheapest, but good value for our buck.
Although, if you guys are really into eating low-fat, we could buy tuna in brine plus some bread and just eat over somewhere (Or pesto. Pesto good....)

Depends on the reasons why an individual is going on jogging, diet may or may not be required.

I don't want to lose weight. I am underweight and hypoglycemic (below normal blood sugar) according to my last blood chem results. I need to eat more. I need to gain fat. That's why I suggested jimmy's. THis is my diet. Eat more.

To anyone who wants to have sexy figure, here's a tip. If you want to lose fats, it is a matter of difference of the number of calories you eat and lose. If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain fat. If you burn more calories than the amount of calories you eat, you lose fat. This diet is eat less or exercise more (intensity, duration, frequency).

Measuring body weight is not a good measure of losing fats. During exercise you lose fats but you also develop muscles. And muscle tissues are heavier than fat tissues.

Bread+tuna is win. Less calories per food density than a sisig meal of jimmys.

I actually like the bread and tuna suggestion, but that still leaves us without a place where we can eat.

What do you mean? Tuna and bread, that was the agreement right?

I like the film center idea. Seems viable. What say we stick with that 'til someone comes up with a better alternative?

Next jogging day is on tuesday, since Wednesday is Lantern Parade day. I want to come, but i have work on Tuesdays. We'll see if i could get around it.

But if I do come, I'll be in charge of the food. Just pay me PhP25 per head, and I'll be bringing sandwiches.

It's Christmas Eve, guys, and we all know what that means: Noche Buena. Eat healthy. Avoid eating any of your oily food tonight. Eat a lot, but don't eat like there's no tomorrow. I strongly suggest that you don't eat much for breakfast and lunch, and don't eat dinner if you're expecting a heavy noche buena. If you experience Christmas like I do, I'd bet that you'll be eating the whole day of the 25th. Eat to your satisfaction only. Remember: There's still Buena Noche for New Year's Eve.

Happy Holidays! Very Happy

Joggers, ASSEMBLE!

I call jogging day on the second. I wish to RIP AND TEAR you all from your sweet, loving families so we may run around the oval chasing nothing, and so I can get out of the freaking house and burn my lungs up a little bit.

I assume there won't be a lot of people who'll go for this, but if we can get to a standard party (that's four people for you non-DnD speakers) then I don't see why we shouldn't go for it.

Good to go!

Also, may bring along Classic Battletech intro kit to kill time over the afternoon, if I can borrow it. Also thinking of a Republic Commando-style one shot for Star Wars if anyone is interested.

There is indeed a change in plan. It is now a badminton game. Still meet up at UP, at around the same time. We still need a fifth member, though, so we has a scorer.
