However, since it's Normal damage, it is armor reducible and is affected by Vanguard, Stout Shield, Kraken Shell, etc. You can lifesteal from it, though (it shouldn't come from an orb of course...). |

Wait, when did I say FS is affected by BF?

@Xtian: I've used Ursa lotsa times, but stopped for quite a while. My standard build for him as of 6.48 is this: Heart of Tarrasque, Battle Fury, Vladimir's Offering, Power Treads and a Yasha. Are you guys sure about Fury Swipes not splashing? Doesn't Cleave check the damage ON the target before splashing? _________________ "When I thought I was alone, I found love..." |

Yeah, I have the same sentiments as msilver. I still have my thoughts whether "bonus" damage from corruption (stygian desolator) also splashes. _________________ There is happiness for those who accept their fate. There is glory for those who defy their fate

Deso's effect isn't bonus damage. First, Deso lowers the armor of the target. So you get no "bonus" damage at first hit. Every after attack after that has a "bonus" since the armor is lowered, which is part of the new damage calculation on the target hero. FS's effect is rather similar to static field which gives bonus damage before the attack damage. _________________ Master Wayne, you've just been PWNED! |

That's why I put "bonus" on quotation, bcoz i know they're not really bonus damage per se. Thanks for the explanation anyway. _________________ There is happiness for those who accept their fate. There is glory for those who defy their fate

The answer to the question on whether "bonus" (well, for a lack of a better term, I must agree with you erwin) damage from Corruption splashes: It does. _________________ Master Wayne, you've just been PWNED! |

Still, nobody wants to comply with the same heroes mod with all players using Ishkafel with a Refresher Orb and a Manta Style. Do the math. _________________ "When I thought I was alone, I found love..." |

I think it's plain and simple, maybe, because it will create a lot of chaos. Remember the aves incident where all players where named aves and you don't know who you are currently cursing. _________________ Only by confronting your darkest fears can you find the light...

just type it, with no spaces.
greedisgood 1000000 - you know what it does (only cheat with space iirc)
iseedeadpeople - always visible (map)
whosyourdaddy - you know this too
warpten - operationcwal of W:TFT
whoisjohngalt - skills requires no lvl (get ulti at lvl1)
thereisnospoon - skills has no cd, mana spent recovers instantly
that's just the basic. there is always the:
allyourbasearebelongtous

I downloaded 6.53 with ai. Damn why do the insane bots get 5 times the starting gold. And earn 5x experience. They are so hard to catch up. _________________ Only by confronting your darkest fears can you find the light...

It's to make them challenging. AI of any sort from Warcraft will never match up to people, so they have to make it up by giving the comps hax exp gains and/or starting gold.
Still, I'm of the opinion that DotA maps with AI are strictly trial, meaning you only use them to see what new heroes/items are available. You're better off just going against one hero, or hell, just play the DotA map without AI so you can get a feel for the hero you want to practice. _________________ And I'm still, still longing. Actually I use it to practice for heroes which have a lot of active skills. Unfortunately if that hero uses illusions they know which hero are you whenever I already have a lot of illusions which makes it sad. _________________ Only by confronting your darkest fears can you find the light...

The goal of AI games is not actually winning against them, but rather how many times you can kill them before they buy and use their items, which is always metagame to your character/items/abilities, or even the hero itself is anti to yours.
Then it comes to the point when you'll have a hard time killing them, then to the point you can't kill them all. If you can't kill at least one of them, then you've been completely meta'd . They usually go with mekansm as they are usually "push" builds. They care not the kills, they care to destroy your ancient _________________ There is happiness for those who accept their fate. Guys, need help,
What would be the recommended build for wes, quart and exort? I mean the level per level progression? And what would be the best build of items for this hero? _________________ Only by confronting your darkest fears can you find the light...

Personally, I prefer high-Exort builds, with splashes of Wex and Quas for Ghost Walk.
Exort
-something else- (Quas, I think, for the extra regen early game)
Exort
-something else- (Quas, again)
Invoke
Exort
-something else- (Wex, if you're fighting a hunting party for GW)
and so on...
Though, that's just me. (And I'd like to note that I haven't played a game of Dota in a month already!) _________________ I shut my eyes in order to see. |

I suggest getting exort first, then getting quas at 2, then wex at 4. maximize exort first, then wex. Your key skills would be Chaos MEteor (EEW) and "Sonic Boom" thing (QWE).
If you're looking for a caster build, then go for guinsoo or malevolence asap. You could try my build, Mjolnir first
oghma's build is 4 bracers at first, trying to aggro, then build the malevolence.
NOTE: This build only works at 6.53, as the Invoker has been nerfed (IMO) as his key skills have been increased cd. Though invoke is now at lvl 2. which is pretty interesting. _________________ There is happiness for those who accept their fate. There is glory for those who defy their fate

Try these bot combinations dark_axis:
THE NEGATIVE BUFFS TEAM:
Slaardar
Shadow Priest
Leviathan
Nevermore
then either Bristleback or Vengeful Spirit
THE GREAT PUSH:
Tormented Soul
Black Arachnia
Prophet
Sandking
Magnataur
HEAL THE WORLD:
Omniknight
Enchantress
Holy Knight
Huskar
Shadow Priest
OLYMPIC RUNNERS:
Slaardar
Bone Clinkz
Nerubian Weaver
Barathrum
Dark Seer
That's it for now... I've tried them all and they're pretty tough. The negative buffs team is my favorite. Would really shred your armor to bits. _________________ Master Wayne, you've just been PWNED! |
